On Memorial weekend I visited the Minnesota Zoo with my daughter, son-in-law, and three grandchildren. A Dinosaur exhibit opened at the zoo that weekend and fifteen animatronic dinosaurs were on display on the Apple Valley zoo’s Northern Trail. The “Dinosaurs!” exhibit, which will inhabit the space until Labor Day, included life-size dinosaurs with shifty eyes who screech, roar and move for visitors. The trail wound through the woods and the dinosaurs lined the trail. The heads moved and roared, mist and fog rose from the ground, and the whole display was lifelike and lots of fun.
